We can provide your firm with a toll-free fax number, and claim forms faxed to that number are automatically loaded into a queue for review by either our staff or your paralegal. Forms can also be uploaded to the system via our FTP site.
The claim management system offers custom report production, and class statistics for affidavit purposes, including returned/undeliverable mail, denied and duplicate claims, and tracking of claims by method of submission.
Our exclusive system provides secure, comprehensive 'cloud' storage of all submitted claims, issued checks, W-9s/1099s and claimant data. All forms submitted by each member are permanently linked to the claim information for that class member, and all data is searchable by name or Member ID, and available online for as long as necessary.
